Climate Junction – Which Direction?
The purpose of Climate Junction- Which Direction? is to provide some CONTEXT and regular news UPDATES and ENGAGE on:
I. the Crisis – climate science, impacts on the planet, potential tipping points and timeframes. (What is the Climate Crisis and why is time limited?)
II. Engagement – Nothing changes without support, ultimately from people who decide and influence political power, often influenced by media who are in turn influenced by business interests… either for or against effective climate action. (Engagement -Are we willing to do what’s needed?)
III. Transformation? – What we are doing to stop carbon emissions, end fossil fuels use and transition to other, clean sources of energy – focusing on how effective our efforts actually are and can be. (Transformation– Are we moving in the right direction? Can we change in time?)
